• Record and track moments of happiness
• Tag and categorize entries
• Optionally share public entries with the community
• Receive AI-powered insights and recommendations
• Explore patterns in their happiness data

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4.2 License to Happitag

By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Display public entries to other users (only if you mark them as public)
• Use content anonymously for AI training and analytics

You agree not to post content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or threatening
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains personal data of others without consent
• Is spam, malware, or abusive

5. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Happitag, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

6. AI Features

Happitag uses artificial intelligence to provide insights and recommendations:

• AI suggestions are generated based on community patterns and are for informational purposes only
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content
• AI features analyze only public entries, not private content

The Service integrates with third-party services (Google, Facebook) for authentication. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL Happitag BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Happitag from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
